Hot shearing furnace for multiple long bars


I. Overview.
The circulating multi-bar hot shear heating furnace is a combination of thermal engineering, mechanical, automatic control, hydraulic, optical and temperature measurement into one heating equipment. Using liquefied gas or natural gas circulation to strengthen the heating, hydraulic thermal shear and a number of new technology combination; has a fast heating speed, flexible production organization, high degree of automation, superior operating environment, low energy consumption and other characteristics.


II. Design Features.
2.1 The furnace is designed with stainless steel plate welded and high quality high temperature resistant material masonry cut, the high quality material can insulate the heat insulation material to block the heat, high utilization rate of heat energy.

2.2 The furnace shell and high temperature resistant materials are filled with multi-layer insulation material - aluminosilicate fiber blanket and board to avoid heat transfer to the shell and reduce the heat loss.

2.3 The refractory material in the combustion chamber is equipped with combustion holes connected to the gas injection; and there is a pneumatically controlled combustion furnace door at the injection inlet, designed to circulate the relative combustion heat to disperse, in order to form a uniform high temperature airflow during the combustion in the furnace and accelerate the heat transfer in the furnace.

2.4 Specially designed explosion-proof holes in the furnace roof for safety.

2.5 There is a pneumatically controlled furnace door at the output of the aluminum bar, so that the door is tightly closed during the whole heating process to reduce the heat dissipation; to achieve high efficiency and energy saving.

2.6 Automatic induction is available when there is no bar material in the material rack.

2.7 High utilization rate of residual material, very little scrap.

2.8 Automatic furnace pressure control system to ensure normal working of combustion and fault alarm function.


III. Storage and push conveying mechanism.

The whole and pushing conveying mechanism is made of high-quality steel sections carefully processed and welded; the bar storage rack is in the form of inclined surface, and the aluminum bars are placed on the inclined platform for storage; the feeding wheel and pushing mechanism will push the aluminum bars into the heating furnace.


IV. Furnace body.

The furnace shell and roof are made of high quality steel plates and sections, which are carefully processed and welded to be durable. The surface is sprayed with special paint for high temperature resistance.

4.1 Rollers: The bottom of the furnace is equipped with rollers made of special heat-resistant steel to reduce the resistance encountered when the aluminum rods move inside the furnace.

4.2 High temperature resistant material and heat insulation material: The furnace is made of high quality refractory material and lined with high quality aluminosilicate fiber blanket and board as heat insulation material.


V. Combustion system.

The combustion system consists of gas supply system, combustion ventilation system, valve control system, injection burner, electric control system, furnace pressure control system, etc.

5.1 It adopts full premixed combustion method, with high combustion rate, full combustion, rapid heating, energy saving and environmental protection.

5.2 All control valves for liquefied gas or natural gas are made by the international famous brand Siemens of Germany.

5.3 A number of protection functions such as pressure monitoring, flame monitoring and automatic blowing are adopted to ensure safety.

5.4 A number of specially developed control software technologies are used to make the heating up quickly but without causing molten aluminum rods.

5.5 Smoke exhaust system: The smoke circulation preheating method is used to effectively recover the waste heat of the flue gas and turn the waste heat of the flue gas into a heat source for preheating aluminum rods, improving the use of heat energy, environmental protection and energy saving. The remaining flue gas is naturally exhausted.


VI. Temperature measurement system.
 
The furnace is equipped with three sets of threaded thermometers, the results of which are displayed on the meter display and used to automatically control the heating process.


VII. Thermal shears.

The hot shear machine is composed of frame and cylinder, and the material of scissors is hot mold steel. Aluminum bar in the heating furnace through the heating to achieve certain process requirements, after the transmission mechanism from the furnace sent out to the hot shear station for thermal shear. The hot shear is equipped with a fixed-size design, according to the required length of the extruder set, the hot shear automatically cut into the required length. VIII. Aluminum rod conveying mechanism.

(According to the installation position with the extruder lifting frame there are two ways for users to choose)

8.1 Aluminum bar conveying mechanism is made of steel plate welded into the base, driven by a chain drive with a reducer, used for the connection between the hot shear and the extruder. (Applicable to long distance)

8.2 Aluminum bar conveying mechanism consists of mechanical bracket, oil cylinder and stand. Used for the connection between the hot shear and the extruder. (Applicable to short distance)


IX. Electrical control
The electrical control of the whole line is realized by programmable controller (PLC) for automatic control, which consists of human-machine interface, PLC, temperature module, encoder, etc. Its control methods are manual, automatic, semi-automatic and adjustment. It is safe, reliable and easy to adjust parameters.
