Profile aging furnace

The main role of the alloy profile hardening treatment, energy efficient hot air circulation, good insulation effect, low oil consumption, uniform hardness and other advantages. The furnace lining adopts full fiber structure to improve the heat preservation performance of the furnace body, save energy and reduce production cost.

The mechanical properties of aluminum profile equipment depend largely on the heat treatment process. From the homogenization of aluminum rods, quenching after extrusion, and aging treatment of aluminum all affect the hardness and impact resistance of aluminum profiles. And among the above various important factors, the heat treatment of the aging furnace is especially critical.

Features： 

Double inlet circulating fans. Convection design of hot air makes the chamber temperature of aging furnace more uniform.

Double-stage fire-controlled burner imported from Switzerland, which can precisely control the furnace chamber temperature.

Using thickened thermal insulation refractory material to avoid heat dissipation from the outer furnace wall, minimizing heat loss.

According to the customer's request, we install two or six points armored thermal probe, connect the temperature recorder through PLC, and can record all the working history temperature curve records of the aging furnace.

Depending on the length and specifications of the extruded aluminum profiles, we design various aging furnaces to meet the heat treatment process according to the customer's requirements.
