Single traction machine for aluminum profiles

The single tractor is mainly an extrusion auxiliary equipment that guides the extruded products along its guide rail at a constant speed to ensure the straightness of the products and improve the product yield and production efficiency. The function is to avoid the defects such as twisting, bending and wavy after the thin-walled profile and complex section profile come out of the die, as well as the phenomenon that the products with multiple die holes rub and twist each other and have different lengths. When extruding aluminum profiles, the friction between aluminum ingot billets and extrusion tooling (extrusion barrel, die, extrusion pad, etc.) causes uneven flow speed along the cross-sectional direction during the extrusion of aluminum ingot billets. The use of traction machine to tract the aluminum profile can eliminate 3% of the uneven flow speed, thus making the flow of the product along the cross-section more uniform, which is conducive to the forming of the metal in the welding chamber inside the die. The traction machine guides the extruded products along its guide rail in a straight line, which ensures the straightness of the products, prevents the products from being twisted and reduces the damage to the surface of the products. The tractor is controlled by constant tension, which produces a constant tension in the product section. The tractor adopts a trolley structure with rollers, and the wheeled trolley glides along a fixed track. The tractor provides higher throughput while reducing scrap.

II. Structure way

3. Traction head drive device: the use of frequency conversion AC motor with vector frequency converter control drive, using encoder for closed-loop control, to improve the reliability of the traction machine in low-speed operation, and through the chain fixed on the track or wire rope dragging traction head to achieve round-trip linear motion.

4. Track: 30#H steel, 35*35# square steel on both sides, connected by screw.

5. With energized brake, using vector control deceleration, can freely set the brake time and speed, effectively avoid the tractor head inertia too large and collision phenomenon
